Our story

Built on word of mouth.

Good Day Plumbing Service started this business out of the back of a ute in 1998. No flashy logo, no call centre, no fleet of vans. Just one phone number and a promise that whoever picks up will be the same person who turns up at your door.

27 years on, that has not changed. The van is newer, the tools are sharper, but the way we work is the same. We quote on site in plain English, do not start work until you say yes, and clean up after ourselves.

What it costs

Call-out fee

$99

Covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site to diagnose the issue. Waived if we proceed with the work.

Hourly rate

$145/hr

Standard rate, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Materials at trade plus 10%.

No surprises. We quote on site before any work starts.
